SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you've placed your order you will receive your confirmation and order number via email. In the event you place an order and don't receive an email, contact us.

When we confirm your order, you will receive tracking information on your product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. In the event you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days contact us immediately. Please have your order number ready for us to assist you with your concerns in a timely manner. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, all sales are final. If you were sent a flawed product on any product, please contact us for a proper exchange. Please note, all products should be unused or unworn. Items returned that appear to be used, will not be honored. 

 

We reserve the right to deny refunds to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for return/exchange within 10 days of when item was delivered to you.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying  shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item worth over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any returned item must be in its original condition and intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (the refund process is determined by your bank). Please allow for a period of at least 14 days for your refund to be processed. If your request is denied, your product will be sent back to you and you'll be responsible for shipping.
